A little over a month ago, I started talking to a lady from Fauna who was looking to trade her mojave girl for a couple of corns. Seeing as I had extra corns that weren't in my breeding program and that's what she was interested in, we made a trade. 2 weeks ago, I picked her up and finally had time to take pics last night. Here is Sangria:
And today was the Tinley Park show. Went to get a herpstat and show some friends around their first reptile show and ended up coming home with my herpstat and a new little boy. This guy came from Garrick DeMeyer who had some gorgeous animals at the show and took the time to talk to me about the enchi gene as I've not really seen too much of it in person (or rather paid attention before). I promised myself I wouldn't get a snake today unless it just absolutely floored me but after walking around and seeing several 'pastel enchis' that looked more brown than bright, I had to go back and get him. Luckily he was still there. LOVE his color!!! For those of you who know enchis, feel free to give me your opinions on him as I'm going based on what I think is pretty at the moment. Btw, his name is Declan as it is almost St. Patrick's Day.
