My butter pastel male arrives today...my first snake! I'm pretty excited...like the night before Christmas, back when I got toys for Christmas, it's been a long time since those days lol.


He looks big in the picture, but he's only about 150g.
I went to Petco to get food for him, but they didn't have rat pups, they only carry small rats (40g) so I can't feed him those yet.

I got adult mice instead (19g), those should be more appropriate, but I want to get him on rats asap.
The online rodent suppliers supply in bulk and have crazy expensive shipping rates. I don't need 50 rat pups lol...I'd think he would outgrow them before he finished them all.
