BPnet Veteran
yep, it's that time...
Question for those with more experience than I have. I've found a few spots on Snyder with scale rot that the vet apparently missed, and I've started treating them with Polysporin. I'm still giving her daily soaks (except Thursday, the day after she ate) as the vet instructed for her dehydration because her skin is still a little loose, though I think now that's more due to underweight than to dehydration at this point.
I'm feeding her tonight, and I don't want to skip her Polysporin treatment, but I am not sure whether it's better to treat a snake with a full belly (assuming she eats) or treat her before feeding and risk her losing most of the Polysporin on the floor of the feeding container. Or should I just try to feed her in her own enclosure? What would you do?
