I was cleaning cages and I knew my two Nicaraguan girls were cranky, in shed, and hungry, but I did it anyway.. I was holding the lighter one mid body with my left hand to put her back in her cage and I saw it coming. She struck out so far that even though I spread my arms apart to avoid it, she still got me.
This is my right upper, inner arm (bicep). All I said was "did you see that? She actually got me!" Lol What a reach!
And the culprit..
