I agree Rich is great RB is very professional. I ordered some 4" flexwatt and they accidentally sent sent 12" I emailed him and told him of the mistake and he didn't argue a bit he just said he was sorry for the mix up and told me to keep the pre wired 12" saying I might find a use for it one day and sent the 4" the next day great customer service. He will get all my business.
