She has not eaten in over a month and is loosing weight. For a bit of time her cage was too cold, that has been fixed for 3 weeks now. Hot spot 90 - 91, cool side 70 - 82, ambient runs 78 at night to 84 during the day. I have covered the white light with a red sleeve, so her light is red and on about 9 hours a day to help with temps. I have attached a picture of the tank. I tried adult mice, mice scented, and she will not touch f/t, I even tried a pre-kill left over night in her cage.

I also her a pop, not sure if it's her scales, or RI. I did open her mouth and nothing looks out of place or "bubbly". Any thought?
