Are you, as an admin, really calling me out on a public forum instead of being respectful like I was to you and pming you?
I can post your pm for your assumption of where a conversation was going before it ever got there.
That was my point in posting here.
If there is $ mentioned then you lock it, right?
TOS was never violated in the other thread and I did pm JLC to clarify for me so if that rubs you the wrong way then so be it.
You assume a lot without the respect of asking first.
Remember this is a PUBLIC forum, yes you are an admin but respect still needs to go both ways

I'm curious which part of your previous post on the open forum was respectful or in private?

Or indeed what was respectful in discussing it with other people as you appear to have done?

It's your opinion that the TOS was not breached. It's my opinion it was. I appologise for trying to be diplomatic and not infracting anyone. It won't happen again.

I did mention the references to adverts in the PM's if you recall or re-read them.

Are you suggesting I needed to contact all members involved in the thread ( as it was not a thread started by you ) before forming an opinion of it?

I was unaware you had contacted JLC but it is right and proper for you to do so if you disagree with any staff decisions - the thread asking for staff input on the matter was put up by myself last night after our PM exchange. Under our voluntary rules I am not allowed to participate in it of course.

You may also want to rethink whether this is a public forum you have any rights to use or a private one you are allowed to participate in.
