So, while taking a smoke break (yea, that new years resolution went well) anyways, while having a smoke out back I notice 2 grass lizards puffing up at each other. Ridging their backs up, in what I assume, was a battle over a mate/territory. So, being the awesome person I am, I decided they needed theme music for their battle royale.

BADA da da dum dum dum dum dum da dum

As I start my battle music for them, they evidently really get in the scene. Hissing, circling each other and lunging, into an epic tumbling wrestle move. The victor stands tall, with his dark coloration, and high ridge, proudly flaunting his big red throat of sexy/manlyness, while the other male scurries off to hide his embarrassed face.

Good fight dark gladiator, may the ladies flock to your victorious display!

I clapped and cheered for him, and he gave me a grateful bob of his head, as he swaggered over to his won love interest waiting in the bushes.
