Back in April I had the honor of being entrusted with a pale, skinny little sunglow girl that had seen some hard times. She was being kept in a 6 quart sweater box filled with wet cypress mulch and feces. Another member here had received her along with several neglected ball pythons, and called me asking if I would be interested in taking care of the boa in the group. The original owner was going through a divorce, and hadn't seen his snakes in two months because they were in the wife's possession. During that time they did not receive any care, as far as we could tell. There were even some ants living in the boxes.
I named her Dolly, because she never hissed or acted aggressively toward me, despite getting multiple baths and tons of pictures taken. She was a complete doll, and she still is today. I love this girl.
