I am happy to report that after a rough start, I have two rough green snakes that seem to be thriving. Bought them at a pet store, wild caught. I have them in a tall exo terra tank with a lot of hanging vines and branches and a foam "stone" wall with ledges, they spend a lot of time of time hanging from the vines waitng for something to crawl into their kill zone. I feed them medium sized crickets and a few moths. One of them will eat waxworms if a present the it with long tweezers. They are together a lot, and sometimes they are stationed on both sides of the tank hanging into the center like a mirror image. Most of my friends love to watch their activities.

They are great display snakes, always hunting and basking in the daytime.I dont handle them,it seems to freak them out. The smaller one backs up and throws its mouth wide open when I have my hands in the tank for amy reason, the larger one just gets annoyed and slithers away.

The two most important things seem to be that you dont handle them and they they have a lot of things to climb on.
