Good Morning,
I'd like to get into BP breeding and I'm aiming to start next season and because of that, I would like to skip the process of getting a hatchling/juvenile female and raising her up and instead purchase a breeding size or proven breeder female. Our male is a pastel and we weren't very smart at the time and should've purchased a female at that point and we would be better prepared for this lol!!
So here's my question, breeding size female morphs can be quite expensive from what I've seen so I'm thinking of just getting a normal however pastel x normal isnt going to give me too many options to start building my collection up so I'm thinking of getting a double gene morph as a local breeder has a Pewter that I like. Buying the pewter male and a proven breeder normal female would be my best option to get started and build my collection up right? The Pewter male would also give me lots more breeding options down the road when paired with other morphs is what I'm thinking.
Thanks!
Ryan
