Using a constant in photos to guage growth

I've decided to use my piano to "pose" my first BP, Helix, a male mojave, on for photos. I figured it would be a good choice since, even though it's an electronic piano, it has the same amount of keys and proportions of a typical piano. That way, others will be able to have an accurate sense of his size, as he progresses. I plan to take the pictures when we weigh him, once a week, a few days after feeding him. So far we've done it twice and he's quite the little ham, just sitting there calmly as I move around awkwardly to try to get good shots. The quality isn't great, as the room is small and lighting isn't great, but you'll get the idea

Week 1 of having him: 68g

    Week 2: 77g
