Picked up an Acurite for a new BP setup about 2 weeks ago.

It was working fine until last night, when the top temp. (ie, indoor) randomly switches to the clock display and stays there.
I can open the tub and manually switch it to display the temp again but it invariably switches back eventually.
Anyone run into this issue before? Easy fix? Just return it as defective?
Being that this is a relatively new set-up, I've been spot checking the temps/humidity whenever I walk by the enclosure. Twice now I've done a double take thinking I was cooking my BP when I read "11:14pm" as "111.4 degrees."
