I came checked in on my BP rescue today after being gone since Tuesday and I noticed she was deep in blue. What else should I do to help her shed? When she came to me, she had a severe stuck shed. She's my first BP and I would love for this shed to run flawlessly.

Cool side: 75-77*
Warm Side: 89-91*
Humidity: after a misting, it's 80% (yes...I realize this is a little high. I didn't know how much to mist to get it at 70% so I won't be misting it anymore). Usually, it's about 50-55% without misting.
Substrate: aspen
Hides: one on cool side and one on the warm side. I've put down some damp moss under the warm hide since she spends most of her time there.
Caging: 28qt tub

Also, she was due to eat yesterday and I was going to feed her tonight. She's a vigorous eater and has yet to refuse a meal for me. Should I try to feed her tonight or will that cause more harm then good? I've noticed there's some who say it increase their chances of regurg and some who say if they eat it, then offer it shed or not.
