Thumbs up Perfect clutch with an even better story!

I haven't had internet the last few days because of moving to our new home, but finally the pictures are posted!

These guys were laid from my Het Pied X Het Pied on my birthday (May 10th) and they started pipping on the day we began moving into our new home (July 2nd). I bought the pair of hets from a random guy off craigslist with a 55 gallon tank and a stand that we now use for our television for $125. I sold the glass tank for $60 bucks, so I got this pair for next to nothing and for a reason. They had one crappy fake log hide and an uncontrolled heat pad stuck to the back of the glass tank. I was amazed that they could even live in that condition. The female was only 600 grams when I got her and the male was around 400. I put them in tubs and they would eat for me every time without fail. Before she was paired this season with the male she got up to 1900 grams and weighed in at 2700 grams before laying. It's goes to show how a proper setup can impact reptiles. I know you are all probably thinking "You bought hets from an unknown seller, AND they had a horrible setup!" I was thinking the same thing myself and was skeptical to purchase hets from someone I didn't know. I had to take the chance and look it paid off!

I hatched out 2 pieds and six 66% het pieds. AWESOME is all I can say! Some of the poss hets have amazing patterns and I'm actually tempted to hold them back, but I probably won't. I love high whites but you miss out on all the sweet pattern. I love low white but you don't have the shock of the white but you get some of the best patterns around... 50s are perfect! The first one has a nice stripe going down it's back and the other has such an interesting pattern with a little key hole at the base of it's neck. I'm going to wait to sex them until they eat their first meal.

    Enough talk, here's the pictures...

    Yolk belly, nice pattern
