    I haven't watched Anime in a couple of years - however, a few of my favorites are:

    Cowboy Bebop (Which I would recommend to literally everybody)
    Gundam 0080 (All time favorite of all the Gundam stories, makes me teary eyed!)
    Gundam 0083
    Death Note
    Evangelion
    Gurren Lagann
    Full Metal Alchemist


    Also, if you liked Kenshin - have you seen the Samurai X movie/ova/thing haha? It is what lead me to Kenshin.
