Ball pythons are an extremely interesting species of snake. There are many characteristics in them that are very consistent let's say. I mean that by personality, economy, etc. Relate it to your parents. Find amazing pictures of these creatures and show them. Tell them the science behind it. I'm 14 too, and I wish my parents would let me invest in a bel, or anything that expensive! They still think that I'm insane for wanting to spend $350 on a snake(I really want that lesser!)
