I don't exactly keep these a secret, but I'd say reality TV and simulation or time management video games (i.e. The Sims, Tropico, Cooking Dash). In terms of the reality shows, I mostly just watch the competition ones... Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, So You Think You Can Dance, America's Got Talent, etc. I also love the wedding shows like Say Yes to the Dress and My Fair Wedding. Yep, my DVR is always full of girly crap!
Oh yeah, and Diet Pepsi... I'm obsessed with Diet Pepsi.
