    Tarantula pairing pics

    Pterinochilus murinus

    Psalmopoeus irminia

Poecilotheria regalis....yeah this resulted in a free roaming pokie for a bit until I was able to get the male back into his cage

    Poecilotheria pederseni

    P. ornata. This male decided to break the mold and not wait until she exited the cage before pairing.

A trend he continued for both females.

Another female down. Hopefully I'll get a better P. metallica eggsac this year.

    Phlogius sp. "goliath" Almost there.....

    P. sp. "goliath": Got her.

    Lasiodora parahybana

Haplopelma lividum - no haplos were harmed in the making of these pics. He survived and continues to mate.

    and the scratch

2 pairs of Cyriocosmus elegans with each pairing taking upwards of three hours means my day was pretty much consumed with mini T matings. Luckily they're pretty nice to each other so I could do other things while waiting for them to do their thing.

    Avicularia versicolor

Acanthoscurria chacoana....watching these two pair once again makes me glad to not be a spider. Female Acanthoscurria sp. are mean!

    Theraphosa stirmi
