Okay, so the background story, every summer I dye my hair an off the wall color. This summer I chose neon green, my hair WAS the color of my avatar, & I bleached it and for the most part it was blonde/white but still had some brown spots in some areas that aren't very big. I went ahead & put in the green dye, well what a bad idea I had. It came out green, with the brown spots still showing (duh, Jason). So I bleached it today & it is for the most part white with brown spots in the same spots as before Someone please help me, I'm at the breaking point to where I'm about to go snip, snip, snip, away!
