So I just fed my female normal who is 625g and after I notices come cuts or sores under her mouth. We just bumped up her size of rat to smalls last week and she took one no problem. They are frozen thawed. To me it looks like her mouth had to stretch really far maybe and some scales pulled out of the skin. Also now her mouth won't close at the sides. Husbandry is spot on and I had her out yesterday and didn't notice the sores then so it had to be very recent. Here are some pics. (Note I wasn't squeezing hard, I just had to keep her still)
