So, I finally got a couple T's.
I've always hated inverts, especially arachnids. So with my boyfriend being VERY into them, I've had to deal with them for the last two years.
He suggested to get over my irrational fear of spiders would be to get one myself. What an idea!

So after hours of searching and reading about various species I came up with Avicularia versicolor, and Brachypelma albiceps. These both just caught my eye. versicolor for obvious reasons of color and being arboreal and a tunnel webber is super fun. And albiceps for its rarety and unique color and easy keeping.
So I've had them for about a month now and they are doing awesome! Both are eating like champs, the albiceps has shed for me already, and the vericolor has an impressive 7 inch tunnel web spanning her enclosure.

I'm very happy with them, owning T's is awesome and I do seriously have a new found respect for inverts.

Both are sexed females.
Sorry for the crappy quality, these were taken on my phone since our digital camera took a crap on us
