I recently got back from vacation and immediately checked my BP's. I noticed that my male was in shed while I was gone. Unfortunatly he had a hard time shedding his skin due to the low humidity. His head and back peeled but I noticed his belly and tail was still attached. I soaked him for about an hour and was able to peel some of the rest off. However his belly was still connected and I didn't want to peel it myself being afraid I would hurt him. I upped the humidity in his cage to help promote the shed in hopes he would do it himself. A few days later his belly became very brown and hard, almost looking like a scab. I'm pretty confident it's not a burn as I only have a heat pad with forest floor substrate at least and inch thick. Is there anything I can do to help him? Is this worthy of a Vet visit? Any help in identifying what it is would be greatly appreciated.
P.s I'm having A real hard time trying to put this picture up if anyone knows any tricks let me know (converting a pic from phone to a URL) I'm still new to all of this
