    Unhappy Egg Accident

Well here I am at day 45 and thought I was going to make it to 50 without messing up my first clutch ,but alas.
I went to do my last check to calm my curiousity before I planned to leave them alone till day 50. Being that at least 3 of the eggs are dimpling in a lot but the other half were still fairly plump I had no intentions whatsoever to cut eggs at this point from all the bad things I have read that could happen. As I'm moving to put the eggs back into the bator I end up snaging one of the extra thermometer probe cords, knocking it down, it hits me in the head and then bounces off an egg tearing a big gash into it and forcing some fluid out
I don't think I can put anything on it to stop mold from forming but I plan to swab it if a white film starts to form on it.The baby looks fully developed just lacking any primary colors(browns/yellows) and still seems to be alive despite the impact. Does it have a chance of surviving still at this point?
If anybody knows anything else I can do to try and help make sure this egg survives I could really use the advice.
I really don't want my clumsiness to cost me a baby
