My girl Tokyo just shed today. Fastest shed ever. I fed her Sunday and she wasn't even in blue. I had the humidity at the norm and noticed today she was crinkly so I misted her a bunch. Well, she shed this afternoon and had a small stuck piece on her tail. Took her to the bathroom to gently get it off in the sink (which she wasn't a fan of but its better than it sticking). I noticed a crystal starting to poke out her vent and, being the science geek I am, was fascinated! I get to see a snake pee, how neat!
You all failed to mention that there's like...a metric ton of liquid that follows that urate out.
Needless to say I had to clean the sink. I think that crystal might have been rough because her vent bled just a tiny bit after, but seems fine now. Just wanted to share the fun with everyone
