I have three new residents to my apartment. A blue tongue skink, a beardie and a brooks king snake came home with me today. Their owner could no longer keep them so they were given up for free. I will be keeping the BTS and bring the other two to the local herp society meeting on Friday where they will hopefully find new homes (I really should just start a reptile rescue ). The beardie needs a larger cage and the BTS could use a wider cage but I think he will be okay with one he is in. The beardie is in a 29gal and the BTS is in a 55gal. I'm still learning with these species though so I could be wrong. I wasn't expecting the bring the beardie home with me, just the BTS and the king. Any advice on how I can make sure the beardie is happy during the week I have him would be great, and any advice on the BTS is more than welcome.
