I understand the whole process except how you actually get the stamps... I assumed there was some sort od screening process for people who get them...?
...In IL... NOPE.. MY boss gets 35-40 hours a week and her husband makes $4,000 a month.. They have 3 kids.. Like most families they lie and say they get her job to support there family.. If you want to live off my money IL is the way to go...

And The Ferrari guy, he tries to play down it's his "friends" car but after putting in complaints concerning him for MONTHS they are finally investigatory him. In the end, I doubt they'll do a thing...
