NEW BUMBLE BEE ... Scareed Bumble Bee or...

I finally got my Bumble bee Male from http://www.theurbanreptile.com/

When i first saw him, he didn't like to move too much ( think he's shy ). I haven't touched him for a good 4 hours, and went to check on him, and as i lifted the cage, he shot around real fast, kind of like a flinch or real a bad "hiccup". Is this because of the spider gene, or is he just scared because of the move?
He's very shy, doesn't move much and is startled a lot. Hes always trying to hide his head.
The breeder only lives 20 minutes away from me.

Here are pics that i luckily took before i put him away. They're not the greatest, they were just random pictures, was going to take some other ones for this.
