How he handles it as a seller will speak volumes as to how he conducts business. Mistakes happen, it is how you handle them afterwards.

thats exactly how im looking at it, if he takes care of it, i will spread that word around, and never say anything bad about him in the future. i was just wondering if this was the right way to go about it
