    Provent-A-Mite Q's

In all the time I've kept reptiles I never had a mite issue until last night. I've always heard of PAM and will go ahead and try it due to the vast majority of people recommending. My question is I know you're not supposed to use it on the snake, so if I use it in the enclosure, will it get rid of the mites on the snake, or is it more of a preventative measure? I've heard some people use Reptile relief on the snake while using PAM but I wasn't sure if this was necessary. I would like to use the least I can to not stress out the snake too much.

I know this has probably been covered here a million times but with all the threads and posts to skim through, its easier to just ask again
