Cool side should be around 80 degrees, warm side should be around 90 degrees.
Heating lamps aren't recommended for ball pythons because they tend to dry the air out, and humidity is very important for ball pythons.
The undertank heater should be sufficient, but get a thermostat for it ASAP. Snake burns aren't pretty.
