In other words..... If we don't happen to have what you bid on, we will either offer you whatever we happen to have, if we have something, or you get your 15 bucks or so of ending auction price (no matter how much you spent on expensive bids) back.Should BallBids.com not be able to deliver the item ordered, BallBids.com shall promptly notify the winner if it can deliver a comparable substitute product that has the same or better features. The winner shall then promptly notify BallBids.com if it wishes to receive this substitute or if it prefers to receive a refund of the final auction end price.
I love how the winner is referred to as an "it" BTW. I think that I'll pass on this kind of reptile auction.
