From what I know... SK and VPI Axanthic is incompatible. So, this pairing should yield:

I used only het Albino, as I believe this would be the best way to represent the non-compatible Axanthic Genes

Would these then be considered double and triple hets?
For Example:
Het. Albino Het. VPI Axanthic Het. SK Axanthic (Triple Het)
Albino Het. VPI Axanthic Het. SK Axanthic (Double Het)

If so, is this a good idea to mix SK and VPI Axanthic?
I would think so as to ensure my offspring are compatible with either line I decide to put them with in the future; however, I really could use some thoughts and input.
