This nice-looking lesser female hatched out of my normal X lesser clutch this summer on August 13th and has still not taken a meal for me at over two months of age. I have given her a couple of forced / assist feeds in the past month, so she does still look healthy. She has no kinks or deformities and seems to be just as active as all her siblings that do eat. I have tried housing her in both a small cage and a small rack drawer with the warm spot around 90 degrees and secure hides. I have tried both live hopper mice and fuzzy rats left overnight with her, as well as prekilled rodents on tongs. She is just not showing any interest for me. I have a feeling that if she was rehomed with someone who has more experience with picky hatchlings, she might do just fine.
Anyway, I am hoping to rehome her with someone experienced with fussy feeder hatchlings this coming week. Please PM me your offers.
