Hey guys, yesterday was the ETHS expo in Houston and I picked me up a pretty nice crestie! I asked the breeder how old it is approximately and she said 6 months. I freaked out because I have a crestie at home that I've had for 10 months now and it is nowhere near that size. So when I got home I went home and checked the temps in it's tub and it was at 72-73. I also feed him CGD every other day as well. I've heard that when you offer cresties CGD AND crickets(dusted or not), they tend to grow faster than being just fed CGD alone. So I moved my gecko to a warmer side of my room(in one of the drawer spaces of my snake rack) and bought some crickets for it to be fed 1-2 times a week. The temps are now 75-76 degrees in its tub. Could the slightly cold temps and not being fed crickets be the culprit of my undersized crested gecko?
