Comon sense will tell you that if you have a very sick animal you need to take him to a vet.
No one on a forum can diagnose your snake, people can give you some guesses however it will not help your animal.
You need to find an Emergency vet for now and follow up with an herp vet if there are none given the condition it is probably best for the animal to be put down.
