Here is a pic of my Grandson holding our new Ball python We actually got him for free off of craigslist, he came with his aquarium cage too. Unsure if it is a he, or she. But I call him he lol. He is about 2 or 3 years old. They just didn't have time for him anymore. He has never had live food only small F/T rats every 7 to 10 days is what they fed him. I have done quite a bit of reading here, very informative forum
They have him on this reptile bark, I am thinking of just taking that out and using newpapers
He is very shy, isn't very curious at all even when out, he does seem to get a little comfortable after about 5 mins out and start to look around and explore things. I have always loved snakes, but never really knew how much until I got this one
. I want more like a morph, but money is tight and honestly if he wasn't free we probably wouldn't have gotten him. My wife is stiff terrified of him though LOL. We also have 3 dragons which she was afraid of at first and now adores, 3 dogs and 2 cats, along with feeder dubia roaches, and super worms LOL. Wow sorry so long Just wanted to show him off a little, as well as my grandson
