Hey guys, Im new to the site, as well as a new bp owner.
I recently purchased a three yr old bp with her original housing from previous owner. Due to the temp conditions in my house being different from the previous owner's I had to make some slight changes to get the appropriate temps.

Currently I have two UTH's, one small running at a low power level on the cold side and one larger one running a tad higher for the hot side. The issue I'm having is that I have a digital thermometer/hygrometer from Lowes for about $13 that says my hot side is 105 F (way too hot!!) but I also have a $70 infrared temp gun that says my hottest surface on the hot side is about 92 F. I would assume that the digital thermometer is simply reading ambient air temps and I should rely on the infrared readings. Just wanted some other opinions or any info that anyone may have.

Thanks,
Nick
