Housing in plastic tub question.
I plan on getting a snake at some point. Once I convince my dad, so I can get one around christmas/my birthday time Decemeber 25- January 31. There's an expo between there too which has a lot of boids. :3
Plus, I don't know if I'll have both my pet rats... One is already at the end of her lifespan. Anyway, the main question, I'd buy a small BP, probably a normal male, unless there's another cheap morph. *shrug*, but what sized sterilite/rubbermaid bin would I need for a small one? (1-2feet or less, I think)
And what would be the best way to heat it?
I'll probably use papertowels for the substrate.(fun, right?) I'd use sterlite bins until it's an adult, when maybe I'd buy a 40 gal glass tank for it. Then I wouldn't have to keep buying different sized glass bins, and I could make room for it.
And I don't know if Petsmart/petco has FT rats, but I want to feed rats.(ironic because I love rats as pets). Plus, I don't know where I would buy rat pinkies live if I were to feed live. (I know the dangers, I was just reading about it a few minutes ago. :3) Has anyone been to the House of Reptiles? I forgot about that place... I might check there for snakes and FT rats
