I just put down a deposit + fees for a new apartment. It's 4 minutes from work (Actual drive time) and is twice as big as what I have now. My credit is really crappy after the economy and my own poor financial decisions caught up with me in 2008. I've since made significant strides towards repairing my credit and am the best financial situation that I've ever been in. Right now I'm sweating bullets waiting to find out if I get approved or not.
