I most likely will be recieving a 7.5ft red tail pretty soon. A friend of one of our friends needs to rehome it, and was wondering if I am interested. Of course...I am. I have multiple books on caring for this species, and they said that an adult red tail boa needs a cage that is 6ftLx 2ftWx2ftT.

Keep in mind that this will be my first boa. And I think I am more than capable of handling it..besides I have been planning on getting one for quite some time.

This cage arangement should be enough no?
