    Finally put the rack together and took some pics. Mine went together slightly differently. I found 16"x10 boards that fit as side pieces. I ripped the 5x8s into 24"x17" shelves. I then routed 5" slots on the interior shelves in order to run the 4" flexwatt. The solid sides will help hold the heat in and reduce cost to run it a bit. The back will have thin pressboard. All is being controlled by a Herpstat 1.

    I have 6 31 qt units and 8 15 qt..both are Sterlite Clearview latching.
