Do you honestly think that any snake at 1500g will hold it's "solid black" color? Our "black" ball pythons are not truly black. They are usually a very dark brown and sometimes a dark grey color. A black mexican king snake is black.. I have yet to see what is legitimately a black ball python. Even if they hatch at a very dark color as to almost seem black, it will not last, or at least I have never witnessed an account where it has lasted. With only a handful of super cinny/black pastel pieds in existence I will find it hard to believe that 4 out of 5 of them are not being called panda pieds because they are not jet black.
