    New Snake and something different

Hey there! First off this first photo is not mine, it was taken by Lisa and Adam over at The Herp Vault. This is a normal female I just picked up from them, and I think she's totally gorgeous! She's somewhere near 700 grams and has eaten for me twice already. I'm hoping there might be something genetic going on here, but time will tell! I'll get some more shots of her when she's better settled in.

Next up is a quick shot of one of my Anthill (or Pygmy) Pythons, Anterasia perthensis. Believe it or not she's breeding this year at a healthy breeding weight of 150 grams, haha. It astounds me that such a small snake could be reproductive, but hey, they are the smallest specie of python in the world! I love their brick red color and amazing metallic orange eyes. Thanks for looking!

    Cheers,
    -Matt
