I do not have luck with lizards, I swear.. I can't get my crested to grow and gain weight normally and have had two other leos pass away, and now this.

My female leo is showing signs of MTB. Now, the problem is... I don't know why. She has good heat, gets fed phoenix worms and mealworms, is on paper towels, I supplement her with calcium and D3 occasionally (though the phoenix worms claim that you don't need to.

Her legs are folding in under her when she walks, and her lower chin looks slightly protruded. I know the signs, but the stranger part is that last week she was completely normal... like it showed up almost overnight.
She's fully grown and a healthy looking weight with a fat tail. Not quite a breeding weight but she's not going to breed so I don't care about that. She eats like a pig, but lately she doesn't eat from my forceps anymore, only after I leave her alone with the worms in her dish.

She is not under a UVA/UVB bulb, but I was told that because that's only necessary with diurnal animals and leos are nocturnal that it shouldn't matter as long as I supplement D3.

Any ideas? Is it possible she's not getting enough protein? Should I try to find some silkworms for her too?
