Thought I'd post an update on this little guy, whom we affectionately named Bug.
His story:

He is doing well and is just the nicest little BP ever even with all he's been through. He's around 70g now and still requires assist feedings but as soon as the pinky is in his mouth he coils it up. Hopefully he'll take the next step soon (striking it). His left eye is just a shed away from being normal. His right eye still collects fluid.
So here he is...
