    Male Glowing

A while back someone posted about a male glowing due to hormones. I thought that was the coolest thing but had never seen any of my males do it until tonight. I went in to change water and saw my pastel. Normally his color is more on the yellow side and he's not an awesome example of a pastel. I consider him a good example but not a great example. When I opened his tub, his head was several shades lighter and what is normally a dull yellow is now a creamy whitened yellow.

While I did use flash on these photos, this is actually a true representation of his color and now lightened head. I think he is very handsome! He's been breeding with my pinstripe.

    Under Construction.....
