The sneezing could be a result of her being unaccustomed to meds, as could wheezing and excessive mucous. Or it could be an RI. If she's a rescue there's probably a good chance that she's got an RI.
Humidity is really tough with RI's, as they can be caused by too much humidity or too little. I personally like to keep infected snakes moderately dry; even if the infection was caused by cracks in the lungs, moistening the already infected lungs could still benefit bacteria. If/when the RI is confirmed by a vet and the snake is put on antibiotics, it is then a good time to increase humidity to appropriate levels.
