I can't be certain because they are quite intertwined but their tails do appear to be twisted together!

It's about dang time. I took them both off feed weeks ago, covered the front of their cages to give them more security, dropped their temp a few degrees, and have been impatiently waiting.

I may finally get a clutch of Super Dwarf Retics!

I cant get a photo without disturbing them so here are a couple old pics of them. The female is the high yellow one. It's her 4th winter and first time breeding. She is under 6 ft and exactly 6 lbs.

The male is about 5 years old, 5 ft and 5 lbs.

Wish me luck on a big clutch from her! I'll try to get a photo of them locked but if the tails are not right by the front of the cage I won't be able to.
