Largest snake that you can safely handle alone

Hey guys. Well i dont think this belongs in giant snakes forums, and you'll see why in the poll

    Anyway

I have heard several things, dont handle snakes over 7 foot alone, dont handle snaks over 8 foot alone, only handle snakes up to 10 - 11 foot alone, above that is dangerous ect

I was wondering what rule YOU GUYS go by?

I personally go by the 10 foot rule
